Facility Use and Requests

FACILITY USE REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Check the FACILITY CALENDAR prior to proceeding.

  2. Requests MUST be submitted at least five (5) working days in advance.

  3. Effective January 15, 2024, all Facility Use Requests MUST be completed ONLINE.

  4. Completion of the Online Application and acceptance of terms and conditions must be signed by a representative that has the legal authorization to make decisions on behalf of the organization.

  5. Answer all questions accurately and thoroughly to assist with the approval process.

  6. Payments, payable to "BHUHSD," are expected 30 days after use of facilities.

  7. Note, you will need proof of insurance and proof of non-profit status, if applicable, to complete the Online Application. Proof of insurance MUST include "Bret Harte Union High School District, PO Box 7000, Angels Camp, CA 95221" named as Additional Insured for $1 Million. Your request will not be processed until these requirements are received. Insurance coverage requirements are detailed in the Online Application.

  8. Online Application approval and/or denial will be send via email from the District Office.

  9. We will do our best to honor requested dates. However, the District reserves the right to bump or cancel events that may conflict with school related-functions.

  • Proof of Insurance (Including "Bret Harte Union High School District, PO Box 7000, Angels Camp, CA 95221" named as Additional Insured for $1 Million.)

  • Proof of Non-Profit Status (If applicable.)

DISCLAIMER

There is NO outside use allowed by individuals and/or organizations during school hours or during any Bret Harte student activities, events and/or athletic contests or practices.
