Position: Learning Director I
Work Year: 195 days per year
Start Date: 2023-2024 school year (July 2023)
SALARY: Based on experience and recommendation by Superintendent (Steps 1-3: $95,000 to $100,783), plus $2,000 for master’s, $2,000 for doctorate degree
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direct supervision of the site Principal, supervises a grade level, acts as attendance and welfare officer, academic/career advisor and assists with "extra-curricular" supervision. Learning Director will conduct the root cause analysis and reasons for eligibility at Vallecito High School. The Learning Director will be the lead in developing the pilot for interventions, strategies, and activities that align to the goals, actions and services in the LCAP and CSI.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have:
Valid California Teaching Credential
Teaching Experience
Communication Skills; and
California Administrative Credential or be willing to enter a program
Must Be: Team Player who has a holistic concept of the entire school community
