All students are required to submit a checkout sheet at the end of the 2022/2023 school year. Student fees (library, textbooks, athletic uniforms, etc.) not cleared by the end of the school year will be posted on the Student and/or Parent Portal, found on the school's website or at https://bretharteca.Infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/bret_harte.jsp.
District-issued Chromebooks and corresponding chargers are to remain with the student for the duration of their enrollment as a Bret Harte student. Students NOT returning for the 2023/2024 school year, it's your responsibility to return your District-issued Chromebook and corresponding charger to Tech, located next to the District Office at 323 S Main Street. REMINDER: Wednesday, April 26, 2023 is a collaborative planning day for District staff. Students will be released at 1:10 PM.
REMINDER: Join us tonight for our annual College Night event beginning at 5:30 PM in the Bret Harte Theater. Guest speakers and representatives from CSU, UC, private universities and community colleges will present to future graduates and their families, led by Ms Godfrey, academic/college/career counselor. Post secondary funding and scholarship opportunities will be covered. We hope to see you there!
ATHLETICS: The 2023 Mother Lode League Swim Tournament is scheduled for this Friday, April 21 beginning at 1:00 PM. Gate opens at 12:15 PM. Standard League admission prices apply.
Food and refreshments will be available for purchase from Stacy’s Tacos, Motherlode Kettle Corn and the Bret Harte Aquatic Center snack bar. Note, plan to bring shade cover for coaches and swimmers. Spectators may also want to bring their own shade. In addition, event shirts will be for sale by an outside shirt vendor.
Note, the Aquatic Center will be closed for the day due to the tournament.
