Congratulations to the Girls Cross Country 2023 Mother Lode League Champions! On Wednesday, October 25, this hardworking team successfully defended their title at the League Finals held at Wildcat Ranch in Sonora. Individually medaling was senior Addy Heermance 2nd, freshman Karly Ritchie-Shields 3rd, sophomore Ayla Jodie 6th, and senior Skylar Mayers 7th. Bret Harte boys varsity finished 2nd just behind Summerville. Sophomore Peyton Heermance finished 2nd and Nick Lucido finished 7th, earning them both individual medals. Photo courtesy of Coach Burita.
