“Financial Aid: Assembly Bill Proposes Financial Aid Deadline Extension In response to the ongoing submission issues with the 2024-2025 FAFSA form, California Assembly Bill 1887 aims to move the current state deadline for financial aid from April 2, 2024, to May 2, 2024. The California State University is in support of this bill. If it passes, the CSU will notify students and counselors accordingly. View more information about the AB 1887 and its status.”
“Financial Aid: CalKids - Free Money for College CalKIDS is a program from the State of California that funds up to $1,500 in free money for eligible low-income public school students to save for college and career training. Funds can be used for higher education expenses, such as tuition and related fees, books and required supplies, and computer equipment. Visit www.calkids.org today to learn more about eligibility. “Admissions: CSU Extends Intent to Register Deadline Due to Federal Aid Processing Delays
A reminder that the California State University (CSU) has extended the intent to register deadline for fall 2024 admitted undergraduate students to no earlier than May 15, 2024.
