“Junior Paulina Vallejo has been selected as a flutist for the Western International Band Clinic Honor Band!  There are four levels of honor bands, selected from band students in five western states: California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.  Out of the 80 flute players selected from the hundreds who auditioned, Paulina is ranked 6^th chair flute in the top band!  Paulina started playing the flute as a freshman and has worked very hard to grow as a musician.  Rehearsals and a concert will be held in Seattle, WA on November 22-25.
