After a 15-year hiatus, the Boys Cross Country team returned the blue banner to Bret Harte this past weekend at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Cross County Section Meet at Willow Springs in Folsom. Congratulations to Declan Needham, Peyton Heermance, Judah Schaffer, Matthew Nord, Daniel Ross, Jack Lenihan, and Josh Schuler for their accomplishment!
This talented group of varsity runners qualified for and will travel to Fresno to compete in the CIF State Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 30 at Woodward Park. In addition, Isaac Nicotero finished first for JV boys, Blair Lee finished 7th overall in the Frosh/Soph girls, and Ayla Jodie finished 15th overall in the Varsity girls race.
