TERM 2 PROGRESS GRADES: "Good afternoon, Last Friday, November 17, 2023 marked the halfway point of the second quarter of the 2023-24 school year. Therefore, progress grades are issued to give students and their parent/guardians an overview of their overall performance thus far in the grading period. Please refer to the Parent and/or Student Portal to view your student's "2nd Quarter Progress Report." From the Main Menu, select Documents > "2nd Qtr Progress Report" for the current school year. IF YOUR STUDENT IS RECEIVING A D OR F ON THIS REPORT, THEY MAY BE AT RISK OF FAILING. Your student is considered academically ineligible and may not participate in sports if he/she has a GPA of less than 2.0, has 2 F's, 2 INC's or an F & an INC on their report card. If you have questions regarding your student's grade, please contact the instructor directly. Teacher contact information can be found on our website under Staff Directory. Effective January 2023, all student progress and report cards must be accessed on the Portal and will no longer be mailed home. If you need assistance with Portal access, please contact Technology at igrycel@bhuhsd.k12.ca.us. Include the student(s) and parent/guardian names in correspondence."

COURTESY POST: "Hello parents and students, Your Sober Grad/ Senior Social committee, Class of 2024 is trying to give something spectacular for the graduates and their guests on the night of graduation. First and foremost is fundraising. We have lots in store, however everything requires a deposit and money. Even if you do not have a senior, would you mind sharing this website with friends and family and social media so that anyone can make donations? Look for a drive-thru dinner fundraiser event coming January 31st. Click and Post website link: https://www.bretharteseniorsocial.com/donate There is also the capability for your student to make their own website to promote donations. Click on the "create a fundraiser" button and it will walk you through creating a fundraising link for your own student. Sober Grad/ Senior Social committee, Class of 2024 is a group of volunteer parents and is not connected to Bret Harte High School. If you are unable to donate money or pass along the link for others to donate, we will also have volunteer hours available as we get closer to the event. "Dear Parent/ Guardian, In order to learn more about student experiences at Bret Harte Union High School District the District is partnering with Kelvin Education to conduct district-wide surveys for students in grades 9- 12. Kelvin's survey platform will generate confidential survey reports that will allow school staff to gain valuable information about the well-being of our students and the climate/culture of our schools. Survey data will help inform school-based and district-wide planning, decision-making, and improvement efforts.
If you would like to review the survey, we can provide a copy of the full survey upon request. CLASS OF 2024: Senior "24" photo // Seniors, you can now purchase a copy of the Senior “24” photo. The photo is 10x13 and the cost is $13. Orders will be taken until the end of November and the photos will be delivered to the campus for you to pick up before we leave for Winter Break. Please see Ms. Stelling to reserve your photo. You must pay for the photo when you place your order. The photo is on the senior pond nation and the BH website for viewing.Parents and Guardians. You can reserve and pay for the photo with Mrs. McCamey at the Fees window. You must pay for the photo when you place your order.
