T3 PROGRESS GRADES: "Good afternoon \\ Last Friday, February 2, 2024 marked the halfway point of the third quarter of the 2023-24 school year. Therefore, progress grades are issued to give students and their parent/guardians an overview of their overall performance thus far in the grading period. Please refer to the Parent and/or Student Portal to view your student's "3rd Quarter Progress Report." From the Main Menu, select Documents > "3rd Qtr Progress Report" for the current school year. IF YOUR STUDENT IS RECEIVING A D OR F ON THIS REPORT, THEY MAY BE AT RISK OF FAILING. Your student is considered academically ineligible and may not participate in sports if he/she has a GPA of less than 2.0, has 2 F's, 2 INC's or an F & an INC on their report card. \\ If you have questions regarding your student's grade, please contact the instructor directly. This is the LAST CALL to complete the Annual Portal Update for the 2023-24 school year on the Campus Parent Portal, which will close after January 31. If you have not already done so, completion will greatly assist faculty and staff stay in communication with your student and their contacts. The process takes no more than 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked to confirm addresses, phone numbers, notification preferences, emergency contacts, and more.
First, log into your Campus Parent Portal account on a desktop browser or on the mobile app. Second, navigate to Menu > More > Annual Update and Registration. Third, select the 2023-24 Annual Update and follow the prompts. Instructions are also attached. You can find the Campus Portal link on the District's webpage or brethartebullfrogs.org. Learn more about the mobile app at brethartebullfrogs.org/page/technology. If you need assistance with Portal access, please contact Technology at igrycel@bhuhsd.k12.ca.us. WINTER FORMAL UPDATE: "Details for the Winter Homecoming Formal! \\ Where: 1894 6 Mile Rd, Murphys, CA 95247, Ironstone (located in the ballroom) \\ You will go through the top tasting room and down the stairs to get to the ballroom. Drop off and Parking is in the Upper Parking lot-follow the sign on Ironstone's marquee. \\ Time: 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM * Please do not arrive any earlier than 8:00 PM * If not driving parents must pick you up before or right at 11PM \\ Dinner is not provided, only light finger food and desserts will be provided for students. There will also be a mocktail bar. As per Bret Harte policy for the last 20 years, there will be random alcohol testing for students before they enter.
